This is Juliet. Our hardworking, honest and empathic accredited practising dietitian.
Juliette is passionate about empowering you with the knowledge, skills and confidence to manage your own health. It’s her firm belief that you know your body better than anyone else (including her) and that it’s her role to listen to you and your needs to seek your best approach and achieve your best possible outcomes.
Having first been drawn to the field of dietetics by her combined love of food, science and medicine over seven years ago, Juliette has since completed further training in Low FODMAP Diet for IBS through Monash University. She is currently completing a Bachelor of Psychology at Flinders University.
Aside from her study, Juliette brings a wealth of experience to her role, including work in nutrition during pregnancy, IBS management and hospital dietetics (acute care and rehabilitation). She has run her own private practice and is a member of the Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA).
Juliette’s ideal day off work could be a lazy morning with breakfast in bed and a good book, or it could just as easily include getting dressed up and heading out for drinks and dancing. But you might be surprised to learn that she’s also pretty practical on the tools and is currently renovating a house with her partner.
