Kellyann

Psychologist

This is Kellyann. Our positive and hardworking psychologist.

Kellyann is passionate about helping people improve their health and wellbeing through a variety of patient-centred approaches. She was initially drawn to psychology whilst working as a teacher and witnessing first-hand, the benefits that psychological support offered students.

Kellyann has been practising in the field of psychology since 2014 and completed her Master of Clinical psychology in 2017. She is currently a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS), an associate member of the APS College of Clinical Psychologists; and is registered through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA).

Not only does Kellyann hold vast experience across a variety of settings from NGOs to inpatient programs, she’s also proud to have volunteered time to the Fuse Refugee Mentoring Program and Lifeline—as a crisis support counsellor. Currently, she’s enjoying providing mentorship to trainee psychologists and new graduates within Glenside Hospitals acute inpatient ward.

Kellyann’s ideal day off work involves entertaining at home or zipping off down the coast. But, she’s also partial to food and wine festivals or a good Fringe show. And, a surprising fact you might be surprised to learn is that Kellyann was born on the Isle of Lewis—a remote island off the Scottish mainland—and migrated to Adelaide when she was just eight years old.
